- Manage project finances with the Project Manager, conducting monthly EAC reviews and identifying risks/opportunities.
- Analyze and monitor project costs and ETC, working with stakeholders to explain variances.
- Lead month‑end closing and reporting, including accruals, unbilled revenue, settlements, reconciliations and variance explanations.
- Forecast monthly project revenue, margin and invoicing.
- Review and approve inbound contracts to ensure accurate budgeted margin.
- Create, maintain and close WBS structures in SAP.
- Manage revenue elimination arising from project execution mechanisms.
- Ensure compliance with financial standards and support external/internal SOX audit testing.
- Provide detailed balance‑sheet variance analysis across all legal entities.
- Assist the finance team and manager with ad‑hoc requests during close periods.

The position requires proficiency with SAP IM/WMMS, Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Sharepoint), SSE Engineering applications, and Power BI for reporting and analysis.
- Possess solid accounting knowledge of revenue/margin recognition, invoicing, cash flow and working capital.
- Have at least 5 years of project controlling experience.
- Demonstrate strong SAP and Microsoft Excel skills.
- Work well in a team and exhibit strong analytical abilities.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent, with multinational firm experience.
- Ability to interpret financial standards in a business context.
- Experience with SAP is mandatory.
- Proficient in SAP IM/WMMS, MS Office (Word, Excel, Sharepoint), SSE Engineering, and Power BI.
