Ensure in-house/external developers and tenant team effectively and appropriately communicate through the construction FTP site to drive timely project completion.
Lead assigned project management including: planning and scheduling of all construction activities. Manage and oversee owner and tenant design plans and construction managers. Schedule and supervise daily trade partner activities in accordance with job schedules and scopes of work.
Create presentation materials that assist the Project Managers, Leasing Managers, and Stadium Operations groups to develop logistic and operations plans.
Attend construction meetings as needed.
Maintain records of all change orders and purchase orders, review all invoices for accuracy and appropriateness.
Assist Trade Partners with their Safety Initiative for all projects, safety logs and regular safety inspections.
Oversee quality of work, code compliance and escalate issues.
Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPPA.
Manage architectural, engineering, base building drawings and construction plans to be up to date and accessible of the applicable user community. Modify design plans, as needed, to assist in planning efforts - both with stadium operations and the development team.
