This position plays a critical role in protecting teams, elevating standards, and ensuring safe, high-quality project delivery across the region.

Develop, implement, and manage company-wide safety programs
Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and company safety standards
Train field personnel, supervisors, and project teams on safety procedures
Partner with operations leadership to drive a proactive safety culture
Conduct site audits, inspections, and incident investigations
Lead continuous improvement initiatives for workforce protection

An established Electrical Contractor in the DMV market is seeking an experienced Safety Director to lead and elevate its safety culture across multiple projects and field teams.

5+ years of safety leadership experience in Electrical or MEP Construction
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and electrical safety best practices
Relevant certifications preferred (CHST, OSHA 510/500, etc.)
Excellent communication and coaching abilities
Experience managing safety across multiple job sites
