Provider of UK housing repairs, maintenance, care services, development and facilities management
As a Retention Advisor you will support the Government Key Worker Accommodation Contract, guiding customers through the tenancy lifecycle by sourcing, assessing and allocating suitable properties to meet contractual targets.
Key duties include auditing and managing housing stock, reviewing applications, negotiating with landlords and clients, maintaining accurate records, and regularly updating and escalating issues to the line manager.
The role requires building strong relationships with property providers, partners and contractors, delivering effective service through collaboration, audit checks, supporting colleagues and contributing to ad‑hoc projects.
Applicants must undergo background, identity, security clearance and BPSS checks, provide proof of address, references, a valid passport and evidence of UK residence for the past five years, and be eligible to work in the UK; a driving licence over 21, held for at least three months with fewer than nine points is needed to drive a Mears vehicle.
The position is a permanent, office‑based role in Basingstoke, working 37.5 hours per week (8.30 am–5 pm, Monday to Friday) with an annual salary up to £30,545.
