- Access ARE study materials.
- Use Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Lumion, AutoCAD, Enscape, and other BIM software.
- Familiarity with architectural phases, building materials, codes, and construction methods.
- Minimum of three years related education experience.
- Demonstrate excellent graphic, written, and verbal communication.
- Commit to a minimum six‑week internship.
- Exhibit design curiosity and translate ideas into concepts.
- Adapt to fast‑paced project environments.
- Possess three or more years relevant work experience or equivalent.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent.
- Proficient in 3D modeling and rendering using Rhino, V‑Ray, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Preferred experience with Revit.
- Understand design requirements from concept through construction administration.
- Access to AXP hours and ARE 5.0 exam study materials.
