Description

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards
• Test electrical systems for functionality and efficiency
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs
• Upgrade main electrical panels as needed
• Install required electrical to support heat pump installs
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
• Calculate electrical loads

Requirements

We are looking for individuals with deep residential install experience to help us improve processes and procedures that will ensure high quality and efficiency. You will be responsible for working as a part of a crew to remove gas furnaces, install electric heat pump systems, and collaborate with engineering teams on how the product can be improved and the install process streamlined.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Master electrician in Denver and surrounding areas preferred but other licenses or certifications considered
• Extensive residential retrofit experience required
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Well versed in modern residential electrical building codes
• Well versed in newer technologies like SMART panels, splitters, sub-panels, to optimize when faced with main panel or full service upgrades
• Strong knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in electrical work
