Manage contract execution, track milestones, and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, insurances and industry standards
Review, draft, and negotiate engineering service, alternate project delivery, and subconsultant agreements in alignment with company policy and legal standards
Maintain accurate records of contract documents, amendments, and correspondence
Customize standard contract templates to meet project-specific needs while maintaining consistency with EJCDC and other industry standards
Collaborate with engineering, legal, project management, and finance teams, as well as clients, subcontractors, and vendors, to facilitate contract execution
Manage contract workflows
Draft and communicate contract redlines and rationale to internal and external stakeholders, identifying risk exposures
Support and coordinate meetings with internal stakeholders to provide guidance on managing contract risks
Generate reports and analytics to identify risk exposures and gaps in contract management
Identify, assess, and mitigate financial, legal, and operational risks
