Finance Manager

• Manage the annual budgeting process and quarterly reforecasting, tracking actuals against the budget/forecast.
• Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and automation.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and IT to provide actionable financial insights that influence strategy, optimize spend, and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Evaluate business cases and projects with rigorous ROI and scenario analysis to support strategic investments.
• Collaborate with IT to enhance financial systems, dashboards, and reporting automation.
• Lead initiatives that strengthen FP&A’s impact on business outcomes, particularly in Marketing.
• Lead monthly management reporting, analyzing financial results, identifying trends, assessing risks, and delivering recommendations to senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive Finance experience
• Proven ability to business partner with Marketing and Sales teams to drive strategic business outcomes (Required)
• Strong technical, analytical, and business partnership skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
