What you would be doing

You’ll be responsible for carrying out site inspections on live gas service installations, ensuring contractor work meets the required standards, and reporting on service renewals. This role will also involve coordinating and scheduling fitting work, updating systems, preparing reports, and working closely with project teams and customers to keep everything running smoothly.
- Liaise directly with customers on-site to arrange fitting appointments.
- Prepare documentation required for billing on relevant projects.
- Coordinate and schedule fitting works with supervisors and project teams.
- Verify completed works through site visits.
- Attend monthly meetings with internal stakeholders.
- Carry out field inspections on service renewal work and document progress using internal systems.
- Work closely with project management to provide accurate updates on field progress.
- Forecast workload and support planning for the overhaul department.
