- Clean and sanitize common areas such as lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and clubhouse facilities
- General upkeep of the property as requested by management
- Ensure the cleanliness of vacant units for showings and move-ins, including deep cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas
- Respond to tenant requests for cleaning services in a timely and effective manner, as needed
- Provide courteous and professional service to residents and guests
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines and ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations
- Follow all guidelines on confidentiality
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and restocks supplies as needed
- Assist with light maintenance tasks as needed, such as changing light bulbs and unclogging drains
- Be responsible for quality, accuracy, timelines, reliability and thoroughness of work performed
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager
- Perform regular cleaning of the property office, including dusting, vacuuming, and emptying trash
