Develop and demonstrate expertise in BOXX Modular’s products and competitive offerings, using this knowledge to effectively position products and provide sales and service support.
Address customer disputes and inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of service.
Maintain transportation schedules and related calendars to accurately track unit movements and inventory.
Drive new and repeat sales by offering timely product and technical information, educating customers on features and benefits to enhance product-related sales and customer satisfaction.
Recommend additional services or add-ons to rental contracts to enhance customer satisfaction while optimizing profitability.
Coordinate and communicate with transportation vendors to arrange building deliveries and pickups.
Issue purchase orders for vendor services, maintenance, repairs, transportation, and other necessary services to meet customer needs.
Source and set up vendors based on business needs, ensuring competitive rates and terms.
Prepare and present reports detailing sales activities and revenue performance.
Conduct fleet inspections and inventory counts periodically as required.
Provide support to the branch’s sales team by preparing quotations, sales documents, and proposals.
Verify required repairs, maintenance, and requested add-on services are completed before delivery to the customer.
Research, identify, contact and qualify potential customers, working closely with the Outside Sales team in driving business growth.
Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries and requests, ensuring excellent service.
Serve as the primary point of contact for service calls and requests related to rented units, coordinating solutions with the Service Technician or external vendors as needed.
Stay informed on consumer preferences, competitor offerings, local regulations, and product developments by participating in sales meetings, vendor training, trade shows, and reviewing industry publications.
Proactively generate high-quality leads through cold calling, online bidding platforms, and site visits.
Follow up with customers post-sale/rental to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and resolve any issues, while identifying trends in customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system (Salesforce).
