As the Growth Lead for Lifecycle Services, you will identify and pilot new growth opportunities, own net‑new revenue growth, and ensure financial performance aligns with goals. You will shape the Lifecycle Services strategy, streamline pilot ideation and implementation, and collaborate with A&T, C&F production system owners, regional sales, and marketing to execute product growth strategies. - Identify and pilot new growth opportunities for Lifecycle Services, ensuring revenue targets are met.
- Contribute to Lifecycle Services strategy, streamlining pilot ideation and implementation to accelerate delivery and improve customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with A&T and C&F production system owners and work with regional sales and marketing to execute product growth strategies.
- Build effective relationships across customers, dealers, global stakeholders, and development teams.
- Apply product and business management expertise, drive accountability in multi‑stakeholder environments, and develop compelling business cases.

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Finance, Business, Agriculture or an equivalent field; a master’s degree is preferred. Continuous education and professional development are valued.

- Leverage knowledge of production agriculture or construction, lifecycle solutions, and data analytics to define value propositions.
