Procurement Manager

• Foster strong relationships with suppliers and contractors across the global energy market.
• Oversee risk, performance, and commercial governance across all procurement activities.
• Lead supplier negotiations and manage complex, high-value contracts.
• Build and maintain a resilient, compliant, and cost-effective supply chain.
• Develop and implement strategic procurement policies and frameworks.

• Strong understanding of contract law, negotiation, and risk management.
• Proven leadership and commercial acumen, with success managing large supplier networks.
• Desirable: Offshore wind or marine logistics experience, cross-border contract management, and international supplier engagement (including APAC).
• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related discipline (desirable).
• Minimum 5 years’ procurement experience within energy or infrastructure sectors.
• Professional accreditation such as CIPS (desirable).

Hybrid / Office-based – Hampshire or North Yorkshire
