Track and allocate projects to ensure sufficient national resource coverage by effectively engaging with key stakeholders.
Support and assist project teams with issues needing escalation by co-ordinating with Subject Matter Experts (SME) throughout the business
Provide technical support for national HOTO delivery
Develop processes and tools for continual improvement and to ensure a consistent approach
Monitor and manage the delivery of handover packages within the Defence Division.
Provide tender support including document preparation and identifying resource requirements
Identify training needs and provide training for onboarding
Monitor DEQMS for updates, reviewing updates and communicating changes to internal HOTO stakeholders accordingly.
Seek and act on feedback from project stakeholders

Prior Defence experience, specifically managing HOTO on multiple live projects
Drivers Licence
