The position provides sustained customer success across the post‑sales lifecycle, including training, professional services, technical support, renewals, outcome attainment, retention, expansion, and advocacy. You will own technical deliverables throughout projects, contribute to architecture and design decisions, and ensure programs stay on budget, on schedule, and meet customer expectations.
Key duties include conducting site assessments, recommending workflow, application, interface, reporting, testing, and data‑upload solutions, and managing go‑live readiness, post‑go‑live support, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with clients and internal teams, offer informal guidance to new members, and apply judgment to propose alternative solutions under guidance.
Required qualifications are a bachelor’s degree in software, electrical, computer or related engineering, at least five years of experience in industrial software services or product development, and three years designing or implementing MES applications. Travel up to 40 % to customer sites and eligibility for U.S. export‑controlled information access are also required.
Desired experience includes working with GE Vernova products such as Proficy Plant Applications, Proficy Cimplicity, and others; Python, MS SQL stored procedures, HTML5/Angular, AWS cloud architecture, and various industry domains (food & beverage, pharma, pulp & paper, consumer goods). Strong communication, organizational, business acumen, and problem‑solving skills are essential.
The role is remote, with a salary range of $88 k–$132 k plus geographic differential, discretionary annual bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, tuition and adoption assistance, paid parental leave, and generous paid time off.
