Managing UGL’s Systems Engineering and Safety Assurance Frameworks including Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP) and other sub plans.
Development and maintenance of Requirements Schemes based on the Requirements Management Plan.
Support engineering activities to ensure project compliance with obligations and requirements.
Working with the Engineering teams in the development and maintenance of requirements from Business level, to Asset level, to Product level.
Project managing Systems Engineering activities as required ensuring the works are completed within specified scope and timeframes.
Manage and allocate team budget.
Lead as engineering escalation for project and service deliverables, priorities, timeframes and resource requests.
Managing Requirements including Management of requirements capture software and co-ordination of hierarchical breakdown of requirements.
Providing relevant KPI and team status reports as required.
Overseeing the framework for defining the boundary and interface control both from a technical and assurance perspective.

Experience in multi-discipline Projects including infrastructure, railway, DoD, Utilities, Oil & Gas.
Systems Engineering certified – (Desirable)
Experience in large scale engineering projects.
Knowledge in Systems for Electrical/Mechanical/Communication Engineering.
Degree in Engineering or equivalent – (Mandatory)
Eligible to be a Member of the Institute of Engineers Australia – (Mandatory)
Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
