The successful candidate must combine strong joinery and plastering skills with excellent customer service, a willingness to go the extra mile, and the ability to work independently. A full UK driving licence is required and a basic DBS check will be paid for by The Guinness Partnership.
- Demonstrated competence in primary trade and multi‑trade skills (basic plumbing, tiling, joinery, mould treatment, flooring).
- Experience delivering service in a customer‑focused environment, preferably social housing.
- Proven ability to work methodically, meet targets, follow procedures, and accurately record information.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, showing strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Capability to perform physical tasks and apply damp/mould treatments in line with Health and Safety guidelines.
- Ability to operate safely, considering environmental conditions and risks.
- NVQ Level 3 (City & Guilds) trade qualification or equivalent recognised competency.
