Perform design services during construction, including review of shop drawings and submittals for excavation support systems.
Prepare geotechnical design calculations and technical reports such as Geotechnical Data Reports and Geotechnical Baseline Reports.
Conduct geotechnical field investigations for underground construction projects, including oversight of third-party drilling subcontractors and in-situ testing (SPT, CPT, slug tests, packer tests).
Develop 2D and 3D numerical models for tunnels, shafts, caverns, and related facilities, assessing subsurface stratigraphy and geotechnical/hydrogeological parameters.
Prepare detailed field records, soil and rock boring logs, and field notes.
Support the team in resolving geology/geotechnical-related questions and challenges.

Bachelor’s level: Geologic Site Investigations, Structural Geology, Mineralogy and Petrography, Engineering Hydrology, Rock Mechanics, Soil Mechanics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Master’s level: Advanced Rock and Soil Mechanics, Field and Laboratory Testing, Geologic Engineering Site Investigation, Soil and Rock Behavior, Applied Numerical Modeling for Geomechanics, Advanced Geotechnical Engineering.
Bachelor’s degree in Geology or Civil Engineering.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, ideally a mix of field and office-based roles.
