The EAME/SA Market Access Consultant will lead efforts to identify, assess, and resolve market access challenges for remanufactured goods in these regions. This includes proactively managing trade policy shifts, addressing global customs and invoicing complexities, and navigating country‑specific restrictions that affect the free flow of remanufactured goods and end‑of‑life cores. The role supports global initiatives and serves as a subject‑matter expert on reman trade for internal and external stakeholders. The individual must strategize for market‑access success, prioritize based on market opportunity, and plan actionable solutions to drive advocacy initiatives.
Develop and execute EAME/SA market access strategies aligned with business growth goals, including project management with country‑specific objectives. Identify regulatory and trade barriers and propose actionable solutions, while maintaining and enhancing the Global Reman Market Access Map to inform strategic planning.
Support internal and external customers by increasing dealer engagement and facilitating trade, collaborating closely with DSD, PSLD, GGCA, Legal and TCOE. Present market access conditions professionally in English, manage the Growth with Reman project for Turkey, and monitor trade developments to advise on policy adjustments.
The role enables growth by opening new markets and expanding existing ones, especially in India and Indonesia. It reduces risk by proactively identifying compliance and legal trade risks, streamlines internal processes for operational clarity, and aligns regional insights with global strategy.
A degree in international business, international relations, communications, or a related field – or equivalent professional experience – is desired.
The role requires critical thinking, problem‑solving, excellent time and project management, and the ability to prioritize issues and communicate effectively. Candidates must be able to analyze root causes, propose actionable solutions, communicate professionally in English, manage relationships with peers and stakeholders, and present targeted information knowledgeably.
Ideal candidates have approximately ten years of experience in market access, international trade, customs, trade compliance, or related global functions such as logistics or supply chain. Experience in dealer, distributor, or partner environments, or in global import/export roles, and the ability to develop and execute growth‑aligned strategies are essential. Additional language capability such as intermediate Arabic, French, or Russian is preferred.
The position is based in Dubai, UAE, and requires 10‑25% business travel. Sponsorship and relocation are not available.
