Review fixture plan changes in the context of construction progress and A&E status before releasing updates.
Monitor the A&E drawing process, including redline reviews and bid set evaluations for new builds, remodels, expansions, takeovers, and special projects.
Collaborate with the A&E Lead to manage the due diligence process for remodel, takeover, and expansion projects.
Manage project schedules with a focus on consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery of construction documents.
Provide architects with plan due dates, walkthrough schedules, and distribution timelines.
Support continuous improvement by updating criteria drawing packages based on field feedback.
Track and review all incoming bulletins and addendums for active projects, verifying alignment with approved scopes of work.
Coordinate with architects and engineers to resolve discrepancies, omissions, or errors in construction documents.
Coordinate and lead on-site pre-construction walkthroughs with Store Development, Sales, and Operations teams.
Attend construction pre-opening walkthroughs, document A&E-related issues, and ensure resolution prior to the next project cycle.
