- Deliver training and support on data processes to end users
- Supervise team of Operational Business Data Analysts
- Own manufacturing data standards and definitions
- Collaborate with other business teams cross-functionally to drive process improvements and solve blockers
- Work with the Data Governance team to establish practices to ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant standards and regulations
- Collaborate with Data Governance, IT BPEs, data analysts, and business units to align data initiatives with organizational goals
- Monitor data workflows and process blockers, solve process-related issues & adjust corresponding data as needed
- Act as the main point of contact for manufacturing teams to ensure alignment
- Handle the remediation of data audits and validations
- Help to define, develop, and document operational data processes, standards, and procedures
- Action and drive completion within the business of data quality controls and standards
- Continuously improve business processes to enhance efficiency and quality

- 3+ years of experience managing a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Management, Information Systems, or a related field
- Certification in Lean six sigma is an asset
- Consistent track record of driving process improvements and data quality initiatives
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA
- Ability to influence, guide, and support others to achieve goals and drive initiatives forward
- 5+ years of experience in data management, process improvement, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment
- Project management experience is highly desirable
