Contributing to building tours, presentations, drafting proposals, and report preparation

Developing a deep understanding of the real estate market by obtaining the latest market and industry research, historical information, and trends
Creating and organizing a detailed database for tenant pursuits and proactively scheduling and meeting with prospective tenants

3-5 years similar client business development experience preferred.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required. MSRE, MBA, CFA, CCIM or SOIR preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication
Working knowledge of Excel
Ability to be an independent worker with a team player attitude
Extensive cold calling, face-to-face prospecting, and other business development practices
Leadership experience, sales and negotiating skills
Must possess strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
General understanding of CRM software and tools
Strong financial analysis skills
Must be able to succeed in an environment that values individual perspectives and encourages sharing of information and ideas, while driving towards common goals
