A natural leader to shape and grow both the people and the group.
Experience working in the Defence Nuclear Industry, or other highly regulated industries.
Degree level qualified in a relevant academic area, ideally Chartered or equivalent status, with membership of a relevant professional body.
Knowledge and experience of systems engineering principles, designing hardware and manufacturing processes.
Ability to develop and implement a market-led group strategy to ensure the group continues to evolve.
Knowledge of Naval PWR technology is desirable.
Extensive experience in providing technical leadership and project governance with a focus on excellence in delivery.
