Requirements

• Level six qualification (e.g. bachelors degree) or above and 3 years experience* within the last 8 years OR5 years relevant experience* within the last 8 years
• Computer literate with experience of spreadsheets, constructing budgets and cost forecasts.
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience of all aspects of property development including complexities.
• A current full driving licence and access to a suitable form of transport*
• Demonstrable communication and presentation skills with the ability to read drawings and appraise and comment on same.
• Project management experience with ability to meet targets.
