Work with FMI’s Corporate Data Services team to continuously refine internal and external analytics processes and templates to improve project delivery efficiency and quality.
Collect, consolidate and structure data from clients, internal databases, and external sources.
Work alongside FMI consulting teams to develop analyses and data visualizations to support consulting engagements and client outcomes.
Assist engagement teams with the practical interpretations and business implications of data analyses.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on clear and persuasive reporting.
Experience or knowledge of the construction industry is beneficial but not required.
Advanced Excel capabilities in formulas, complex modeling, and visualizations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
Relationship-building skills, both for team collaboration and client engagement.
Familiarity with Python for analysis and MYSQL Workbench querying and schema design is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Economics, Management, Finance, Business Analytics).
Experience in Generative AI like ChatGPT is also a plus.
Tableau for data visualization is preferred.
Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
