Responds to system alerts and resolves issues by using various tools to monitor and troubleshoot Supply Chain systems.
Advance issues as needed to ensure SLA is met or exceeded.
Assists with the installation, configuration, maintenance, debugging, and support for systems software/hardware, to ensure expected availability and performance levels are achieved.
Serve as an escalation point for the Ferguson Service Desk.
Provide end-to-end support for all Supply Chain Solutions.
Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
Uses standardized procedures and practices to achieve goals, objectives and meet deadlines.
Communicates technical information to technical and nontechnical personnel.
Serves as the immediate technical contact for all DC, MDC, and Ship Hub locations, handling calls and chats, and documenting all interactions in ServiceNow.
Manages automation infrastructure for MDCs and Ship Hubs.
Address issues and outages as required, collaborating with vendors, developers, and application administrators to resolve them and identify the root cause.
Develop documentation around issues and resolution of those issues.

General System Administration experience
Understanding of internal and external end-user needs and requirements is preferred.
Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.

Experience working with WMS products is preferred, Device management and Automation of WMS
SQL experience is a bonus.
Must be willing to travel to Supply Chain locations as required and participate in rotational “on-call”.
Has general knowledge of business practices related to Supply Chain.
Has conceptual knowledge of all practices and procedures related to Supply Chain systems.
