Effectively manage project budget throughout all phases of the project
Develop project scope and pricing for proposal preparation
Perform tasks associated with project deliverables, including but not limited to the following: writing code reports outlining the compliance approach for the project; perform code reviews of project plans for compliance with applicable codes; preform on-site inspections; conduct performance-based designs; conduct hazardous material/laboratory analyses; conduct special inspections of smoke control, firestopping, and fireproofing; etc.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Fire Protection and Life Safety
Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, REVIT, Microsoft Suite encouraged
Bachelor’s degree in the engineering or architecture disciplines required
Experience with CONTAM, Pyrosim, FDS, and/or PathFinder desirable
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
Engineering in Training (EIT) Certification and/or Professional Engineer’s License (P.E.) preferred
