Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Specialized in delivering high-quality mechanical, electrical, and plumbing solutions.
Supervising and coordinating day-to-day maintenance and custodial activities for a manufacturing operation, maintaining the physical condition of the operations, and supervising personnel.
Arranges service by vendors to repair or replace defective machinery.
Minimize cost of downtime of equipment while maximizing production run time.
Inspects and performs maintenance on the facility and equipment, as needed.
Review and update written maintenance policies and procedures.
Prioritize work orders, assign tasks, and follow up on tasks to ensure the facility and equipment are ready for regular business and special events.
Maintains inventory, storage, and distribution of related equipment; orders supplies as needed for any repairs.
Maintains and improves the preventative maintenance program and ensures that preventative maintenance schedule is followed accordingly.

Experience managing a production facility and familiarity of equipment, including Press Brakes, Punch Presses, Cranes, Forklifts, etc. Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn the equipment and facilities to be maintained.
Ability to understand written directions in manuals and on manufacturer websites.
