Integrate and adapt commercial strategy throughout the project lifecycle.

Administer commercial and contractual matters, including tender preparation, subcontractor selection, and order finalisation.
Prepare, agree, and issue valuations, certificates, invoices, and payments.
Update and submit projected Final Accounts regularly, ensuring timely finalisation.
Control traditional contracts and contracts exceeding € / £15 million.
Record, submit, and negotiate delay and loss/expense claims with detailed arguments.
