

Provides power tools, hand tools, outdoor equipment, engineered fastening systems and industrial solutions.
The role involves troubleshooting and repairing bearings, shafts, hydraulics, compressed air, and pneumatic systems, as well as rigging and installing new presses, welders, air lines, and water feed/drain lines. Candidates must operate and service the PLC‑controlled paint line conveyor system and be able to learn basic GEMA paint booth programming.
Employees must comply with all safety regulations and wear required personal protective equipment while performing their tasks. They are expected to meet production standards focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and cost, and to maintain daily housekeeping and 5S standards in their work area. Flexibility to work outside of their current classification or department is required, as is the ability to perform routine mechanical and preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility power systems.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with three to five years of experience in machine troubleshooting and repair. Basic mechanical abilities, math skills, and strong communication are essential. Preferred qualifications include a Pennsylvania mechanical journeyman certificate, PLC knowledge, HVAC/plumbing experience, blueprint reading, welding, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical demands include standing for 8–10 hours daily, lifting up to 33 lb individually (or 66 lb as a team), and performing frequent pushing, pulling, grasping, reaching, walking, bending, climbing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. Overtime may be required, and employees must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with varying climate conditions.
