The Mail Room Manager reports to the Property Manager and is responsible for overseeing daily mailroom operations in a full‑time, non‑exempt capacity. The role ensures efficient receipt, sorting, distribution, and dispatch of all mail and packages, while maintaining accurate tracking and workflow accuracy.
The manager works closely with internal departments and external carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL and courier services, serving as the primary point of contact. Collaboration with facilities teams supports the adoption of new mailroom technologies and the implementation of best practices for handling sensitive documents and cost‑saving opportunities.
Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with 1‑3 years of experience in mailroom, logistics, facilities or related operations, and demonstrate strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills. The position requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lb and perform typical office activities.
