Attend and contribute to team and project meetings as required
Discussing with manger/immediate supervisor on the key milestones w.r.to design and execution at project site to initiate the procurement BOQs, drawings etc…
Provide regular work status updates, including risks or concerns, to line manager
Obtaining approvals on the design submissions from client /other stake holders.
Preparation of schematic drawings in AutoCAD.
Ensure QMS and Project Lifecycle compliance across team and projects
Preparation of the DBR, Drawings, BOQ and other technical documents as per the project requirement and client needs.
Participate in Coordination meetings and ensuring the relevant data w.r.to ELV/ICT systems are exchanged with the concerned disciplines.
Preparation of project scope of works /project brief.
First Level QA/QC Review of GFC Drawings and Coordination drawings and submitting the same for manager/immediate supervisor review and approval.
For details which are not available in tender, the candidate should be capable of providing the design anticipating the necessary requirements as per standard norms, codes and best engineering practices.
Supporting Site Execution team in installation, testing, commissioning and handover.
Preparation of Value Engineering options.
Responsible for design, validation and finalisation of ELV & ICT systems
Preparation of simulation reports using software like EASE Address, EASE Focus, JVSG,IB Wave, EKAHAU and other such simulation tools.
Contribute to the delivery of the BU strategy. Including supporting the companies approach to sustainability
Ensure that Health & Safety is embedded into all work practices in line with company policies
Support the successful delivery of high-quality projects on time and to budgets
Identifying and aligning himself/herself based on the modality of operation for the design stage.
Review and Approval of Shop Drawings.
Preparation of Service Inputs w.r.to ELV /ICT systems which may include but not limited to ELV/ICT Room Space Planning, electrical load and HVAC heat dissipation details.
Preparation of tender BOQ /estimate, IO Summary, indices etc…
Support procurement team in technical evaluation of the ELV/ICT Systems vendors/sub-contractors in consultation with immediate supervisor/manager.
