- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a luxury hotel or resort lobby bar and/or coffee shop environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Comprehensive knowledge of bar operations and expertise in a wide variety of liquors.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality management or related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, especially during busy service periods or high-profile events.
