Administration and maintenance of ELM/CLM/ERM systems, databases and technology.
Coordinate multi-jurisdiction legal and compliance filings.
Draft, review, and manage contracts and other legal documents.
Manage and update corporate, A/E/C licensing, and other legal, ethical, professional standard, contractual, company policy, processes, and procedures (PPP), and other legal duty and standard of care compliance tracking data.
Assist with multi-entity corporate governance.
Support mediation, litigation, arbitration and other claim & dispute resolution, including document collection/e-discovery, witness coordination, and case tracking.
Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Coordinate and track insurance claims.
Provide as-needed support to LRC Department operations.
Conduct legal research, internal LRC matter inquiry or investigation, and prepare summaries for attorney review.
Track and report on LRC Department key performance indicators (KPI), budgets, and spend.
Assist in creating, maintaining, administering, and improving LRC Department internal policies, processes, and procedures (PPP).

Associates degree required.
Experience with legal technology platforms, workflow management, and process improvement initiatives.
Paralegal certification preferred.
Understanding of A/E/C industry operations, regulation, and risk is preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational, communication, and project-management skills.
7+ years of experience as a paralegal, legal operations professional, legal assistant with substantive legal or legal operations background, or similar role.
