We are seeking Assembly and Test Specialists who will perform a series of routing functions to assemble machine components. The position involves assembling, testing, reworking, and repairing parts while following production schedules and continuously improving process efficiency.
Key duties include adhering to Standard Work Sheets to ensure quality products, participating in pre‑shift Process Improvement Dialogue (PID) and Continuous Improvement (CI) activities, and providing timely reports on material availability and equipment downtime to supervisors. Employees also identify specification gaps, determine root causes, and adjust processes to meet engineering test specifications.
Physical requirements involve operating equipment such as forklifts, pallet trucks, overhead and jib cranes, and lifting up to 35 lbs frequently. Workers must stand for at least eight‑hour shifts, work at various heights, and handle environments with changing temperatures, noise levels of 85 dB or greater, and exposure to magnets that may affect medical devices. Required personal protective equipment includes hearing protection, safety glasses, steel‑toed footwear, and additional safety gear as needed.
Basic qualifications are six months of manufacturing or warehouse experience, or a minimum two‑year technical degree from an accredited institution, demonstrating mechanical aptitude. Candidates with prior assembly experience in a manufacturing environment are preferred.

The 2nd‑shift position offers a $1.00 per hour shift differential and a minimum of 40 hours per week with limited benefits, including up to 40 hours of paid time off.
