The Administrative Assistant will serve as a primary contact for existing and prospective specialty‑leasing tenants, handling tenant interaction, license agreement processing, and coordination of inline/kiosk move‑ins and move‑outs. The role also includes ensuring compliance with common‑area policies, administering the specialty leasing budget, assisting with leasing generation, and acting as a liaison to vendors and the public.
Ideal candidates have 3‑5 years of senior‑level administrative support experience, preferably in shopping‑center or commercial real‑estate settings, and possess strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem‑resolution skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as the ability to analyze budgets and contracts, is required. The position demands independent work, flexibility, prioritization of multiple tasks, and a cheerful outlook.

Compensation for this full‑time, on‑site role in Eden Prairie, MN is estimated at $63,000–$67,000 annually.
