NV5 Geospatial is actively recruiting Help Desk Representatives. Strong capabilities in providing technical support for cloud-based and on-premises environments and ensuring timely and effective resolution of IT issues are required. The Help Desk Representative will be based remotely and support US Southern Command. US citizenship and the ability to pass a basic background check for access to US military bases are required; a US Government Secret or TS/SCI clearance is preferred but not required.
While no clearance is required for this position, an active US Government Secret or TS/SCI clearance is preferred. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, and those who accept a conditional offer may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
This role offers flexibility in location, allowing work from any NV5 Regional Office or remotely from home, with potential travel up to 15‑20% of the time.
