The Service Coordinator serves as a liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and customers, overseeing sales opportunities, field activity awareness, booking flow, procurement, subcontract administration, permitting, scheduling, and work order processing, all aimed at maintaining high customer satisfaction and supporting financial goals.
