- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- 160 hours PTO/year (after 12 years)
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks
- 80 hours PTO/year (1–5 years of service)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 year of experience in a high-volume warehouse or shipping environment
- 120 hours PTO/year (after 5 years)
- Direct Hire – Start as a full-time team member on Day One
