Maintain the office kitchen, including stocking and cleaning responsibilities

As the Office Assistant, you’ll be an integral part of our Madison office operations, keeping things organized, stocked, and moving efficiently.
Greet all visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming experience
Manage fruit deliveries, beverages, and office water orders
Keep the front desk, conference rooms, and shared spaces organized and clean
Coordinate with vendors such as the Canteen service for coffee supplies
Support the fitness center and shower areas by replenishing needed items
Monitor building access and door security
Maintain strong relationships with vendors
Organize and maintain supply closets and shared inventory
Assist with internal events and celebrations, including catering and logistics
Perform regular fridge cleanouts and restock shared supplies
