What you would be doing
electrical repairs

Execute light electrical work, including bulb replacement, switch replacement, and plug replacement.
Assist with all property events and marketing set-up and tear downs.
Assist in identifying and minimizing overall property safety and liability issues.
Take delivery of supply orders and pick up supplies as directed by the Facilities Manager.
Provide oversight and coordination of third-party vendors contracted to work on the property when assigned.
Perform light construction duties, including tile repair and replacement, and painting.
Perform roof cleaning and maintenance as directed.
Conduct parking lot sign repair and replacement.
Perform light plumbing duties, including clearing clogged lines and replacing flushing hardware in toilets.
Perform all other maintenance, logistical, and physical labor duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager or other management staff.
Must be available and participate in the after-hours on-call, rotating schedule.

Must possess good organizational and time management skills.
Required: Basic computer and cellular telephone skills for communication and work order management.
Required: Must have a valid Louisiana Driver’s License.
Must be able to be trained to operate lifts, forklifts, and other power equipment.
Must be punctual and dependable.
Must be able to walk, bend, stoop, balance, crawl, and reach for extended periods of time.
Must be comfortable and able to work on a ladder up to 15 feet.
Required Experience: Minimum of 3 years prior experience in general maintenance or a related trade.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required: Basic knowledge of general maintenance tasks, including the use of basic tools and power equipment.
Must be able to effectively communicate (oral and written) with all employees, contractors, tenants, and vendors.
