Prepare and present health and safety business updates and performance reporting, as required..
Prepare and cascade specific health and safety information to corporate and project locations.
Conduct assurance activity (monitoring, inspections and audits) to drive continuous improvement on projects, with business functions, systems and processes.
Assist the business and projects in the implementation of the health and safety goals, objectives and results.
Provide advice, guidance, and direction to personnel regarding health and safety issues and work practices.
Draft policies and procedures and rewrites, maintaining compliance to legislation and industry standards, and addressing continual improvement.
Identify organisational and project specific health and safety issues for resolution.
Lead accident, incident and near miss reporting and investigation and the implementation of corrective measures, as appropriate.
Manage all aspects of health and safety at multiple project sites; to ensure legal and contractual compliance by employees and subcontractors.
Design and deliver training as required.
Collaborate with health & safety personnel supporting projects to assure operations are planned and conducted in a safe manner.
Plan and execute corporate and project Health & Safety initiatives and campaigns in order to sustain a safe, healthy, and incident-free work place.
Document and resolve items which require immediate correction.

Good knowledge of ISO certificated management systems and experience of writing policy and procedures
Relevant health and safety qualifications, such as Bachelor's Degree and/or NEBOSH Diploma(s)
Full driving licence
Chartered or working towards chartership of a relevant professional Institution (e.g. IOSH etc.).
Understanding of incident investigation techniques
The ability to empathise, communicate and influence key stakeholders.
