Provide support during internal and external audits to ensure compliance with applicable standards, procedures, and regulations.
Collaborate with global and regional HSSE teams (e.g., Middle East and Central HSSE Projects Team) on initiatives such as audits, training, reporting, and data analysis.
Support the development, monitoring, and reporting of annual HSSE objectives, assessing progress and effectiveness.
Support the organisation of HSSE meetings, workshops, and events, including the production and follow-up of action plans.
Collaborate with peers and mentors to develop professional skills and gain exposure to global HSSE practices
Contribute to the development, delivery, and monitoring of HSSE training and awareness programmes tailored to project and regional needs.
Assist in the preparation, accuracy, and analysis of performance data, reports, and dashboards.
Undertake rotations across different HSSE functions, including sustainability, safety operations, environmental compliance, and corporate governance.
Contribute to the creation of HSSE communications and materials across different systems and platforms, ensuring effective delivery and record keeping.
Provide assistance to Regional Managers and other stakeholders as required.
Develop a solid understanding of the scope of work of the HSSE management/department, including its operating methods, procedures, and governance requirements.
Take part in structured learning and networking sessions as part of the Global Graduate Programme.
Assist in reviewing incident reports, conducting trend analysis, and supporting the implementation of appropriate preventive and corrective actions.
