Be overall accountable for the implementation of LIMS & ADNOC HSE Standard HSE-OS-ST19 in in project sites at Offshore.
Act as an “Approved Assessor” for CONTRACTOR/SBCONTRACTOR Lifting Team.
Have focus on HSE priorities and work with a team for Safe Lifting Practices across different locations of the project.
Provide technical input and guidance for lifting operations.
Assure the asset integrity of Lifting Equipment in project sites at Offshore.
Conduct regular Lifting & Hoisting Compliance Assurance Checks in project sites at Offshore.
Be able to review and approve all types of Lift Plans (Routine, Non-Routine-Simple, Non-Routine-Complicated and Non-Routine-Complex).

Have relevant oil & gas offshore and onshore lifting related experience of not less than years with minimum 10 years.
Have professional qualification in ISO 9000 like Lead Auditor or similar bodies with sufficient experience in Quality Management Systems.
Be able to write Lifting plans, supervise and execute critical lifting in oil & gas companies.
Be trained to the 4-day course of Appointed Person in addition to the 4-day course of Lifting Supervisor by an ADNOC Group Approved Training Company and Tutor and successfully pass the applicable exams (He shall be trained and assessed on the same type of offshore or onshore Crane i.e. (offshore Appointed Person Course is different than Mobile Crane Appointed Person Course).
Be familiar with international standard related to Lifting engineering practices with sufficient knowledge in interpretation and to bring excellence in Change management.
Hold Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
