Make a difference, protect lives, and achieve your dreams by building a career with an industry‑leading fire, life‑safety and security company. This role is based at 7910 Professional Place, Tampa, FL, and focuses on the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems. Daily tasks include inspecting, testing, and performing system checks while identifying deficiencies and preparing accurate, timely inspection reports.
The position involves routine preventative maintenance on wet, dry, and pre‑action fire suppression systems, as well as installing, repairing, or replacing sprinkler equipment in strict accordance with applicable codes and standards. You will interact professionally with customers, install or upgrade sprinklers in both commercial and residential buildings, and test and repair existing alarm systems. Detailed inspection reports documenting any issues are completed promptly, and company equipment—including trucks and warehouse tools—is protected and maintained.
Candidates must bring at least four years of experience with fire sprinkler systems, possess strong troubleshooting skills, and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. A clean driving record, reliable transportation, and flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends, or out‑of‑town assignments are required. The role also calls for knowledge of fire‑safety principles, relevant codes and regulations, and the ability to interpret, apply, and explain those requirements.
Physical duties regularly require standing, walking, climbing, stooping, and lifting moderate loads, as well as using power tools, ladders, and medium‑sized equipment. Safety protocols, including driver safety and the use of personal protective equipment, must be followed at all times.
The company offers excellent pay and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, company‑paid life insurance and short‑term disability, a 401(k) with employer match, paid vacation and holidays, training and career development, and a company vehicle where applicable. Employees also qualify immediately for the ALL In Ownership Plan and work for an organization that values quality craftsmanship, rapid response, and a family‑like culture.
