Work with a variety of electrical, pneumatic and electronic instruments to measure and control variables such as pressure, flow, temperature, level, and composition. Calibrate, repair, maintain and adjust system components, and install and maintain instruments and controls on new or existing equipment. Experience includes, but is not limited to, changing electric motors, water/vacuum pumps, and gear boxes. Rubber/extrusion experience is a plus.

Experienced Maintenance Technician with 3–5+ years of hands‑on maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Must have strong, logical decision‑making skills along with solid time management and multitasking abilities. Must possess strong mechanical aptitude. Ability to remain professional under pressure and exhibit a positive attitude.
Exhibit a sense of ownership and accountability. Ability to communicate effectively in English both written and verbally. Knowledge of health and safety practices with excellent housekeeping and organizational skills. Perform various other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requires a high degree of mobility and involves routine walking, standing for long periods, reaching, twisting, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50–75 lb. The fast‑paced environment demands considerable sensory attention. Personal safety is affected by exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise levels, and the use of sharp tools.
