

Heavy/civil construction firm handling infrastructure, water/wastewater, roads, bridges and site development.
The role requires at least five years of experience in mass earthwork or heavy‑civil construction, with experience operating motor graders, loaders, excavators, scrapers, backhoes, Gannons, and other specialized equipment. GPS experience is a plus, and the candidate must maintain a safe, clean work environment and pass drug screenings.
Employees are expected to demonstrate a positive attitude, effective communication, teamwork, and the ability to lift at least 50 lb. The position involves working on professional construction sites, requiring verbal communication, reading signs, and physical tasks such as climbing, bending, and operating machinery under safety guidelines.
The work environment is outdoors in all weather conditions, with exposure to chemicals, noise, moving equipment, and dust. Employees must adhere to local, state, and federal safety regulations.
