Mortgage Broker

• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth processing.
• Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies.
• Source suitable mortgage products from a panel of lenders.
• Assist clients with completing mortgage applications and gathering necessary documentation.
• Provide tailored mortgage advice to clients based on their financial circumstances and property goals.
• Keep up to date with mortgage products, interest rates, and market trends.

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Mortgage Broker to join our clients team. The successful candidate will provide expert mortgage advice to clients, guiding them through the home-buying or refinancing process. This role requires strong communication skills, financial acumen, and a customer-focused approach.

• Experience working with both residential and buy-to-let mortgages.
• Existing client base or network.
• Ideally you will have Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Advisor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of protection products (e.g., life insurance, income protection).
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• CeMAP qualified
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products and the UK property market.
• Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of clients.
• Candidates with CEMAP 1,2, 3 with no experience will also be considered.

Salary: £26,000-£30,000 + commission OTE £55-£60k

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm Every other Saturday with day off in the week
