HVAC Service Technician (Evening & Weekends)

• Service, install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and repair heating, cooling, air quality, and system inefficiencies.
• Perform routine maintenance such as filter changes, cleaning, and equipment testing.
• Communicate with customers during evenings and weekends about issues and solutions.
• Recommend products/services to improve system performance and energy efficiency.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams for installations and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with national and local HVAC building codes.
• Document service calls and repairs using Service Titan software.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain safe system operation.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service with professionalism and attention to detail.

• Minimum 3 years HVAC service experience.
• Connecticut HVAC license.
• Skilled in diagnosing and repairing heating, ventilation, cooling, and air‑quality equipment.
• Familiarity with Service Titan or similar trade software (preferred).
• Strong communication skills for explaining issues and solutions.
• Detail‑oriented with strict adherence to codes and regulations.
• Positive, customer‑focused attitude, especially during evenings/weekends.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
