Assist with onboarding tasks such as provisioning IT hardware, software, and access for new employees.
Follow Change and compliance business processes
Contribute to project planning and execution under guidance.
Monitor system performance and assist with routine troubleshooting.
Maintain asset records for IT hardware/software in line with lifecycle and security standards.
Provide limited support for OT systems if required, but prior OT experience is not essential.
Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware/software including desktops, servers, network equipment, and telephony.
Documentation: Maintains accurate records and follows procedures.
Respond to incidents and service requests, resolving standard issues and escalating when needed.
Maintain documentation including support logs and configuration records.
Works closely with a remote team
Operate within standardized IT environments following enterprise procedures.

Team Collaboration: Works effectively with peers and site teams.
2 years of experience in IT support or technical service roles.
Associate degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Exposure to field environments or remote site support
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Server environments, and networking basics (IP, DNS, DHCP).
Familiarity with IT service management tools is a plus.
Responsiveness: Acts quickly to resolve issues and support users.
Clear communication and ability to follow structured processes.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Site-based role with moderate travel across the US and Canada (approx. 40–50%).
Technical Aptitude: Demonstrates solid understanding of core IT systems.
